1. Return Conditions

At Berry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received. The original packaging and tags must also be intact.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. You will be notified via email once your refund is issued. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. We will ship the new item as soon as the original item is returned.
